Fresh off her trip to the Beyond, Nieve’s aptitude for her line of work is put to the test.

Would it surprise you to hear this chapter was another major undertaking? Thank you all for your patience, I know it’s a bit after the 21st. This chapter has seen many iterations, and its cover… a rather silly photoshoot. Somewhere, lurking in the depths of my camera roll, there is an image of one of my pillows wearing one of my shirts LOL.

This is the longest chapter yet, clocking in around 12.2k words. It began as one, then was split in two, and finally merged back into what you’re reading today. I think I re-wrote around 15k words in a very short span of time. It was a break neck start to my year for sure.

Laurent and I will be taking the month of February off, since it is a short month! and we have not had a day off in a long time. Look forward to Beyond Bringers returning March 21st 2024 :^)
